Happy New Year! My Word!

I wish you all a very Happy New Year! Happy New Year! 2020 was truly a year of transition. Some loved ones are no longer with us, jobs have been lost or we have simply left jobs that no longer serve us.Whatever the situation, 2020 was a year where we could no longer do the "same ole' same ole', and that's a good thing. In moments of great sadness, joy came to remind us that it too exists.

I think 2021 is going to be where I not only say that I'm going to pivot. I WILL PIVOT. I want to do work outside the classroom that best reflects my likes and loves in design and photography. Now that I'm back in the U.S., I want to take time out, say 2 years, to build here in my home state. Each and every time that I've returned from living abroad, I always return the same, amazing city. It's time to give this city the attention that I've given Gothenburg, Paris, Seoul and Beijing. It's time to document my life here on this blog, be a better blogger by sharing my interests and interacting with you all through daily posts and photos. Time to pivot outside the classroom and into the great unknown!

It's late dear readers and there's so much more that I will share with you tomorrow. Happy New Year and let's shake it up a bit, shall we? Ha!
